• Customers are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and personal loss.
• Abshar Travels does not provide insurance services and cannot be held responsible for losses not covered by your policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Abshar Travels acts as a facilitator between customers and independent third-party service providers. We are not liable for any errors, acts, omissions, losses, or damages arising from third-party actions.
• We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages incurred during or after the use of our services.
• The extent of our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

• Abshar Travels reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any part of its service offerings without prior notice.
