  • "Sort My Trip" refers to the travel agency providing customized travel-related services.
  • "User", "You", or "Customer" refers to any individual or organization using our services.
  • "Services" include but are not limited to trip planning, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, and curated travel packages offered by Sort My Trip.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings made through Sort My Trip are subject to availability and confirmation from our suppliers or partners.
  • Prices and service availability are dynamic and may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is generally required at the time of booking, unless specified otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated by Sort My Trip.
  • Any additional charges including taxes, government levies, service fees, or surcharges are to be borne by the customer and payable at the time of booking.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Booking confirmation will be sent upon successful receipt of full payment.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all booking details immediately upon confirmation and report discrepancies, if any.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary by service provider (airlines, hotels, transport vendors, etc.). Customers are expected to understand and agree to these terms before confirming a booking.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Sort My Trip. Cancellations take effect only upon written acknowledgment from our team.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific policies of third-party providers. Sort My Trip will assist in the refund process but holds no responsibility for processing delays or discrepancies.

5. Travel Documents & Compliance

  • It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, vaccination records) as per destination requirements.
  • Sort My Trip may offer guidance on travel formalities but assumes no liability for any denial of travel or issues arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet entry conditions.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Customers are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and personal loss.
  • Sort My Trip does not provide insurance services and cannot be held responsible for losses not covered by your policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sort My Trip acts as a facilitator between customers and independent third-party service providers. We are not liable for any errors, acts, omissions, losses, or damages arising from third-party actions.
  • We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages incurred during or after the use of our services.
  • The extent of our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

8. Modifications and Termination

  • Sort My Trip reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any part of its service offerings without prior notice.
  • These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Customers are advised to review the latest version before availing services.
